A pretty nice start to Spring Break 2022 with the $12.50 walleye Fish Fry from R Bar in Martinsville. The fillet was on the small side, but for twelve beans you'd expect it to be. It was still light and flaky and elevated by some seriously snappy tartar. The hash browns with cheese and onion were pretty middle-of-the-road, but the soupy yet satisfying slaw supported them well and the dinner roll bolstered them as best it could. Overall, this was a good deal for a fine little Fish Fry.
