The bluegill runs a full $20 in 2023 and is still the real deal - lightly breaded and delicious. The potato pancakes aren’t the same - more like little hash brown discs now - and while they were plenty tasty they’re not the genuine article of yesteryear. The tartar continues to be thick and tasty, the slaw is a real vinegar banger, and the rye is remains radical.
Overall, the Big 10 puts out a really good Fish Fry and I have no problem recommending it. It’s still way better than a lot of Fish Frys out there and the hungry little man got a nice piece of steak to boot.big10pub.com/
