Why, yes, yes I did…and I’d do it again!
FF #2 of 9/15/23 was a lovely little plate of bluegill from @rpadlers. The five fillets were husky for the freshwater fish and had a lovely light breading that let the fishy flavor shine through.
Some well-fried tots played a fine second fiddle, a big, bold tartar bolstered the bluegill, the house slaw had a delightful tang, and the pretzel stick was a welcome change of pace from the basic bun.
For some people eating fish twice in one day is unimaginable; for me it’s just being thorough in my research (in the tastiest way imaginable). I was more than pleased with this plate and would happily get it again.www.rpadlers.com
