Comment: Pretty nice little walleye fillet at the Free House in Middleton. The fish itself was flaky, but the well-seasoned breading was the real highlight. The fries were perfectly crisped and heavily salted, the tartar held its own, but the slaw missed the mark. There wasn’t any bread with it, but the curds we ordered beforehand were excellent and made up for it somewhat.
