Comment: I had beer battered cod on my mind and Sal's newest location in Monona definitely delivered.
The cod was nothing less than excellent with its crispy and flavorful crust, the waffle fries were equally satisfying, the slaw was fresh and inviting, the rye was wonderful, and their take on tartar was uniquely delicious.
All in all this was a good one and we’ll definitely be back for another round.
