Comment: The $19 walleye Fish Fry from R&J’s Saloon in Mazomanie definitely hit the spot. The fillet was wonderfully flaky and highlighted by a light and crispy breading. The hash brown casserole was on point, the tartar took the fish to another level, the slaw was tasty and unique, and the roll was as fresh as a packaged bun can be. Overall, this was a really satisfying little Fish Fry that’s worth checking out.
