Comment: Real. Deal. Yellow. Lake. Perch. Stevens Point. Hell. Yes. For $18 three butterflies (six fillets) take center stage and shine as bright as real perch can thanks to a light breading that lets the sweetness of the fish come through. A wonderful house tartar bolstered the fish perfectly, and a nice supply of fries filled out the plate. Some unfortunately forgettable slaw was also there, and stood in stark contrast to the bonus baked beans. Some football rolls rounded it all out and made for a really excellent Friday Fish Fry overall. What. A. Friday.
