Comment: A quick and delicious Fish Fry at the Fireside Supper Club before Game 1 of our tournament in Rhinelander.
The fish was real deal yellow perch in a light breading that didn’t cling really well, but had a great crispy texture and taste.
The hash browns with cheese and onion were on the money, and the supper club standard tartar was creamy and delicious.
Before the fish were homemade baked beans, macaroni salad, and slaw. All three were done right and set the stage perfectly. A ciabatta roll and some mini orange-cranberry muffins came along for the ride as well. Yum.
A great OF and superb service capped things off perfectly and set us up for success. Dinner was a win, and Game 1 followed suit. Time to make a run the the ‘ship…firesidesupperclub.com
